I usually am not impressed by most so-called certified trainers that i see at the various gyms i've trained in. most of them are shockingly lacking in enforcing correct technique and seem to be more concerned with unproductive "exotic" exercises to keep their clients entertained instead of providing real improvement. serge, however, is the "real deal"- a genuinely concerned trainer with the deep knowledge and practical experience to bring you to whatever physical level you want to attain. that doesn't mean he makes it easy for his many clients- just the opposite! you'd better be prepared to work- and work hard. and one look at him proves that serge certainly practices what he preaches. his physical presence is somewhat intimidating, yet he combines it with a warm smile and a hearty sense of humor. so if you're finally getting serious about improving your body fitness and health to the level you want, serge is the man to bring you there!

I met with Serge last week on Friday to discuss future training. He gave me a tour of the gym and which machines we would mainly be using. That same day he sent me a list of all supplements I would need and detailed meal plan. He is very straight forward, simple and knows very well what he is doing. For being somewhat of a "beginner" I feel confident that he will help me achieve my goals. When it comes to training, he makes sure that you have everything you will need to avoid injury, yet be able to push yourself to the max. Great motivator and great at teaching as you train. Learning new things is always good, and chances are Serge can teach you a lot that you can cary into your training for years to come. Whatever you do, don't settle for some skinny-fat trainer who got his certification online for 40 bucks! You get what you pay for,though. A specialist coach Serge can save you a lot of time, and help you reach your goals so much faster. Serge is an experienced trainer who understands how to bring out the best in you! There is no excuse as there is always a way or technique to help achieve your goals. The guy has a even mix of oldschool and present training techniques. He is a straight shooting, punctual, encouraging, and diligent trainer who shows you the right form to get the best results. He is an excellent trainer and I plan on maintaining the relationship for a very long time. I can see the results, he talks to you about your eating plan, gives tips for cleaner eating and is just vested in you and your progress. Truly enjoy my training sessions (workouts) with Serge. He's not only patient, but he's very knowledgeable and explains each type of workout while I do it so I better understand why I do it that way or how not to hurt myself.
